Kevin Asheton and Beverly Keech originally trained as professional actors in the early 1980s. We came across the technique during an actors' workshop and became fascinated by the approach: we then trained for three years at the centre for training in London and qualified as teachers in November 1991. We have both taught for further education colleges and have provided Alexander Technique based courses in Stress Management and Presentation Skills for companies and schools.
We also offer a range of Management , Soft Skills and Health & Safety courses. These are listed on our COURSES page.
We offer both introductory courses in the Alexander Technique and teach private lessons on an appointment basis.
Appointments are available at our St Albans teaching studio Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 8:00pm. On Saturday mornings either at our St Albans studio or our teaching room in Potters bar.
